Refunds, Cancellation & Delivery

Delivery

AiXray is a digital service. Credits are added to your account instantly after successful payment; nothing is shipped physically. If credits do not appear within 30 minutes, contact us with your payment ID.

Cancellation

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using the Service at any time.

Refunds

• Unused packs: if you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Failed or duplicate payments: if you were charged but credits were not added, or you were charged twice, we refund the amount in full.
• Used credits are not refundable. When a Score or Enhance fails on our side, its credit is returned to your balance automatically.

To request a refund, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your account email and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
