These terms govern your use of AiXray (“the Service”), operated by [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] (“we”, “us”). By signing in or purchasing credits you agree to them.

The Service

AiXray evaluates AI system prompts and suggests improved versions using automated AI models. Results are guidance only; we do not guarantee any particular outcome from using them.

Accounts

You sign in with a GitHub or Microsoft account and are responsible for activity under it. Credits belong to the account that bought them and cannot be transferred.

Credits and payment

Prices are listed on the Pricing page in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Credits are a prepaid right to use the Service and have no cash value.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use automated means to abuse it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts you submit. You permit us to process them to provide the Service, including sending them to our AI model provider.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY] have jurisdiction.
